I noticed that my husband had pulled this from the cupboard to keep him warm at the computer. I made it before I was married - which makes it over 30 years old! The thing I remember about knitting it was that as I finished the back I realised one cable right down the bottom of the back was crossed the wrong way. To the horror of friends, I ripped back and started again - I was a process knitter even way back then!
